Graduating North Stars Players Have Signed Pro Contracts

Graduating North Stars Players Have Signed Pro Contracts & Received Scholarships
Graduating players, Robin Richards and Jarred Mohr, have signed pro contracts with Cincinnati Cyclones of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). Jarred Mohr, one of the North Stars top defencemen, played 53 regular season games, racking up 6 goals and 29 assists at a total of 35 points. Richards, standing at 6’4 and 230 pounds, added a good physical aspect to the team with 112 penalty minutes.
As well, Battlefords North Stars previous assistant coach, Dustin Bru, will be attending the University of Regina to play with the Cougars, alongside Jesse Matlock, another graduating North Stars player. For the past two seasons, Dustin had assisted in bringing the North Stars all the way to the Credential Cup (SJHL Championship)! Hard working right winger, Jesse Matlock, brought in another 13 goals and 14 assists, in 50 games, this past season. Another graduating player, Greg Park, has accepted a playing position at the University of Saskatchewan. Last season, Park played 35 regular season games, as one of the North Stars defence, with 6 goals and 14 assists, adding up to a 20 points total. The Battlefords North Stars would like to wish them all the best in their future hockey careers.
